In the 2016/2017 season, the Israeli Opera welcomed 13
photographers who were given the opportunity to be an audience
of one in closed rehearsals and roam the backstage corridors of
the opera house. With great sensitivity, they captured thousands
of moments of operatic magic, of human dramas, and tried
to transport what they have seen into their own special and
personal artistic world.
